Evergreen Manor Apartments

Poor service, because you all list availability on third party websites and you all do not answer the phone.. And corporate is not better, they cannot even get you all to answer the phone. And don't reply to me saying call every week because we were calling every day from different numbers!

I really want to get move into this apartment complex seems so lovely and quiet. Just wish I could get ahold of person working in the office. Needing to know if this apartment complex will have availability coming up Dec 1st or Jan 1st for a 2 bedroom

This is actually my second time trying to inquire about this property and when I tell you ALL these reviews are spot on! THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN RETURNING CALLS OR ANSWERING PHONES!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I lived in the area for a while and when I needed something bigger I looked into these apartments but they don’t respond back I’ve been needing a four bedroom apartment and no callbacks no availabilities once I spoke to someone and they gave me information when the time came for me to move out of any other Apartments I would not get no replies from the office, I was recommended by someone that lived there before but I’m reconsidering looking elsewhere

I have been calling the office for awhile now; with no answer. Would like information on an apartment. What is the name of the owners of these apartments?
