I am a board member of our condo association and at my retirement I was the director of maintenance of a very large privately owned section 8 age restricted apartment building. I understand property management and all the pitfalls that comes with the territory. Working with John Gustin, Donna Bettez, and Linda Malbon has been a pleasure. I realize they have other entities that they manage and their timely response to my inquiries and their professionalism makes it feel like we are their only client.

They ignore you. Person keeps parking in my spot , asked managment to tell them to move they were there for over a week before they moved, I updated my request and then they said it was resolved 2 minutes later. The person was there durring a winter storm, my spot was covered in ice and after they left was covered in large chunks of frozen snow so I had difficulty parking there, they park in my spot a lot and I don't get home until late at night. And they still take my spot that has my home number on it. Managment refuses to even answer my messages on the official board. I just want to be able to park in my own spot. I started with please and thank you but when they have been in my spot a combined 1 month and managment just does nothing I have lost my patience.

We own two condos in the association managed by Evergreen Management Group, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction whether it’s with Debra Waitt or Bruno Burtoli feels personal — it’s always refreshing to hear a friendly, helpful voice whenever we call about a condo concern, clarification, parking passes or more recently an unusual request. The team’s deep knowledge, prompt responsiveness and genuine willingness to go the extra mile makes all the difference. Their consistency and care turn what could be routine management into a true partnership. It’s rare to find a team that not only solves problems but does so with such grace and professionalism — and for that, we’re sincerely grateful.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Debra Waitt. Debra is extremely professional, very efficient and friendly plus very knowledgeable & helpful regarding Evergreen Management Group. Truly a pleasure to work with.
