Evergreen Hills Apartments

Some of the previous reviews have alluded to a rude receptionist. This was also my experience. As a prospective tenant I asked a few standard questions. The lady I was talking to gave short one-word answers and continued to work on her computer as if she couldn’t be bothered (despite me being the only person there). Made me feel like I was a nuisance for the roughly 2 minutes I was talking with her. Also do not email them. Tried three times and was unable to get a response. Tried calling twice as well with no answer.

We lived here for 9 years! Management is great, the maintenance crew does a great job and the lawns are well kept. We have had a few times when we weren't thrilled about the price of rent increasing, but when you live somewhere for 9 years, that happens and should be expected. 😉 We have had a couple bad neighbors that have come and gone over the years, but again, the staff was helpful in those areas as well. On the flip side, I have also had a few great neighbors who we consider family. I'm so thankful that my family was able to find an affordable, well maintained apartment to call home over these last years. 🏠♥️

The living was comfortable but the management found ways to make up lies against what my family was doing so they could give us violations (only one was accurate), the maintenance ruined my yard decorations, we had 3 broken windows and the one that did open didn't have a screen in it and we had an apartment with the heat included but the heat did its own thing and i couldn't control the Temperature. I said things repeatedly to management and they refused to fix issue. I was there 3 years

Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. Ask a question and before you can finish the tone and interruption is out of this world. It wasn't like this a few years ago. No dialogue. Courtesy is out the window. Whom ever is in charge how did the receptionist Kim get hired. She needs more training. Professionalism first!

This is a nice place to live. It is very clean. It would be nice if some more rules could be put in place with keeping the kids under control here that like to destroy the grounds or people's property. It would also be nice if the management was a little more proactive in taking care of problems rather then saying there is nothing they can do about things. People here are paying their rent and really dont feel like they are getting what they pay for this year. Especially with covid. Everything has been taken away and now we cant even get our flyers clipped on our doors. We have to pick them up at the laundry room. You want good reviews. You need to step it up a little more.
