Virtually no complaints about this property, or management. Could be a little easier to get a hold of them sometimes. Property is well kept. And we all know that the plague on this country that is current housing prices is just that, a countrywide issue. However, management is a group of good people. I always get the sense that they care about their tenants as human beings, before money makers.

Horrible management! We had applied beginning of September for unit D30 and were told verbally sounds like we are approved and was told we should be expecting documents. After being told that we had called a few times wanting to know details of our unit as we were not able to tour our specific unit and were told it would be more renavated when calling the gal on phone which was not property manager just someone working in leasing office did not know any specific details of unit. Weeks went by property had an open house when arriving our specific unit had an eviction notice with a window completely piped out so in theory we questioned the same gal not the property manager. The gal was very rude and stated “we’ve gone over this so are we done so I can attend these other people” the. Proceede

The new management is great! They actually listen to us residents and seem to care about our opinions/concerns. Any time i submitted a maintenance request or any request, it was handled right away. There has been alot of renovations so far and they even added an enclosed dog area. Assigned parking is wonderful. We love the property manager & our Neighbors are great. Happy to call this place home!

I’m very disappointed with management. Submitted maintenance request for mould in the bathroom roof, leakage of water from bathroom wall and peeling of the bathtub in November 2023 and never heard back or saw the maintenance team until after I followed up with a call in December that’s when the maintenance team was sent to my apartment . they checked the roof and cut the section with mould because they suspect a leakage and mentioned to me that they will be back to seal the roof and also fix the rest of the issues. To date 1/28/2024No one has showed up despite the property manager calling me last week to let me know that someone would come fix the issues last week. I resubmitted new tickets today and did a follow up call to management and property manager tells me because of the chemicals

Evergreen Grove Apartments has by far been the most attentive and helpful apartment complex I have ever lived in. Tammy the property manager has always been so quick with addressing any concerns I have and Cody quite literally drove 15 minutes from the office to help me jumpstart my car after my battery died! They go above and beyond to help their residents and I am forever grateful.
