Evergreen At Plano

I have had the privilege of living in the Evergreen Plano community for 13 years. I feel completely at home here. The property is attractive and well maintained. We have an outstanding management staff who goes out of their way to make sure we enjoy our home at Evergreen. We have frequent, well-planned social events that usually include live entertainment and a nice meal. We celebrate all holidays and special occasions, including monthly birthday parties. Our management team practices an “open door” policy and seldom seems too busy to welcome us in to discuss any concern we have or just for a quick “hello”. I renewed my lease this afternoon and the assistant manager Saray(1st and 2nd pictures) ,as always, with her cheerful attitude and smiley face had provided me with an excellent service. Saray is a great asset to the Evergreen. At Evergreens; We have Christine as a Lifestyle coordinator(3rd and 4th pictures); She's doing a first class job in all of the social event planning, fitness programming, and presentations. Hooray for Christine. I want to give a big shoutout to our very skilled maintenance professionals in the last picture: Omar(right) and Sami(left) who always keep our apartments in tiptop shape. Recently, my A/C went down, and Omar, the head of maintenance, personally came by and replaced both the A/C unit and the blower on the same day. Thank you, Omar and Sami.

I just want to thank Victoria for her wonderful service to all the seniors at Evergreen Plano. She has been wonderful to work with. Victoria is kind and very helpful. She does what she promises and follows up in a very professional manner. She has been very wonderful to me this past year through some difficult circumstances. Victoria is a great asset to your establishment and has been a true blessing to me! All can tell she really cares about us seniors!!! I enjoy living here. The office staff is great, easy to work with and you can tell they are really trying and care about us. I enjoy the freedom to come and go as necessary and maintenance guys are friendly and efficient.

I have lived here for almost 8 years and am so pleased to live here. The grounds are kept beautifully and the help is super. I love our new management --yeah for Victoria! I am always grateful for how well they take care of us--where else could you live and they would come and put a new ceiling lightbulb in for you.I am grateful that they have hired a new maintenance man as they were overwhelmed before. There are only a few suggestions I have: The buildings need to be repainted since they are looking a little shabby on the outside. I am so appreciative of how well they maintain the grounds though. I wish they would repaint parts of my apartment on the inside--touch ups--even for a fee--it is looking worn. I need a new dishwashing machine and have asked and asked for one. I have to wash my
