Evergreen Apartments

Was impressed but now, not sure. Went to pay rent and rest of deposit at 11:30 today and got turned away because lunch is at noon. Apparently I was "scheduled" to move in at 4:00 p.m. So, very inconvenient since I have to drive from extreme west Tulsa then, I had to drive back, then I have to drive back again. Am I getting credited for this day since I can't move in until the day is over since, I'm paying for the whole day?

Great Place to live… highly recommended! As we all know, nobody or place is perfect, but staff try to do their best to keep it in the most great conditions and help you whenever you need it. If you're looking for peace and quiet, security, respectful neighbors, and the convenience of not having to worry about paying bills (since they're included in the rent), THIS is your place.

I've been in my apartment here for a little over 3 years and I love it! Can't beat all bills paid! The people at the office are kind and helpful, and the maintenance team are always quick to address repairs.

This place is really awesome!!!! Beautiful, new and clean inside!!!! I've lived here for nearly 5 years on 2 separate occasions and the staff has been consistently kind, caring and helpful in any way they can!!!! The pool and laundry rooms are always well~maintained.

Its not perfect, but its a pleasant place to live. The community is quiet and calm. Extensive parking. Low pressure ownership and they get to work requests quick and do good work.
