Evergreen Apartments

I did not end up leasing here, however the self tour was extremely convenient for my schedule. It was great to see the smart home features, I had several issues but there was prompt and fluent communication. I see that some have an issue with price? However they’re oak cabinets in the large kitchen. 9’ ceilings, 2 stainless steel CLEAN gas grills, a fenced dog area, decent garden plots, a concrete walking path that goes 8+ blocks and it’s in a lovely area. For what’s that’s worth.

Hearing friends who live there get packages stolen all the time.. You would think that they would put cameras down there where the postman comes or make a room with cameras for all those packages and only residents have a key.. i'm glad I don't rent there.I'm going to make sure, people know not to rent from there.

We moved in about six months ago and have been so happy here. The apartments are well maintained and we love our space. Rooms are a great size, but for us it's the closets that are the best, it's an apartment so to have a good amount of storage is really nice. We also like the layout of our kitchen because it does make everything open and bright. The staff here helped get the process for us to move in started immediately and answered all my questions so quickly! (I asked a ton of questions) They are friendly and also care about us. Checking in, following up, knowing who we are. They put an effort in to make you feel welcome. This is Heidi, John's wife writing this. We absolutely love it here!! The apartment is so big and clean, we were very impressed with it! There are many great qualities about it, it's nice having a patio door with a balcony, a walk in closet in one of the bedrooms with built in shelving (love that!) and there's an elevator which is nice for moving and if you need it on a daily basis. Each room is good sized, not the typical small rooms that apartments often times have. You need to have the carpet professionally cleaned when you move out which is nice because then you know it's clean when you move it. You get a parking spot and a garage, the garage is nice and deep and there's room for you to store things in front of your vehicle. It's in a great location, close to stores and not far off of

The apartments are nice and in good shape. Kitchens and storage are good. Parking is weird and not equitable (some people have very convenient parking, others don't, and there aren't enough guest/temporary spaces). But if you're not a smoker I'd think twice before signing a lease. Many if not most of your neighbors will be smoking on their balconies and if you have your windows open on a nice day you WILL have second-hand smoke in your home.
