Evelyn Perez at Guaranteed Rate Affinity (NMLS #828119)

Dealing with Evelyn Perez has been one of the worst experiences of my life. She’s totally unprofessional and should not be in any position of employment with the public. I have been living in an unfurnished house in Cranston, RI sleeping on an air mattress. I’m 73 years old and am very disappointed, depressed, and disheartened by all of her actions, or non-actions, would be a more appropriate description….. My final comment is she should be fired by the company she works for… Sincerely , Jane Henderson

Still waiting on my appraisal refund that never got done from when she was with province for a home I purchased that I almost lost because she slacked had to call repeatedly to even talk to her never updated us with anything that was going. Almost lost the property because of her. Thank God for my quick thinking and ended up going to Movement mortgage, and they got the job done fast and professionally and got the house i wanted. Not to mention, the rate difference got a better rate, lower monthly payment, and no hidden fees. If you have all your paper work together and good credit I recommend going somewhere like Movement she will ruin your deal, and you will lose the property you really want and end up getting something you don't want.
