I have had one of the worst experiences ever doing business with this company. I was in contract for a property and during the due diligence period I discovered certain developments taken place around the neighborhood that caused me to cancel the contract. I initially wired the down payment for the property I was purchasing and upon canceling the contract they claimed to had mailed out my down payment in the form of a check by regular mail more than a week ago in which I still have not received, and my address is in the US so it should take 3-5 days to receive. They could had wired the down payment back into my account, send it by certified mail, FedEx etc just to name a few different ways to guarantee I received it. On November 24, a friend and I viewed Open Houses in Lithonia area and as we were leaving we saw signs for an open house not on our list. Well we decided to stop by to view the property and was greeted by an agent rudely. I didn’t feel comfortable after her initial presentation but we decided to view the property. Long story short the agent gave us the run around and she mentioned to us about another house in the same neighborhood and had us to drive to the property but gets out telling us she couldn’t show the property unless we committed to let her be our agent! After meeting her the first time and I didn’t even know her name, I definitely wasn’t going to sign a contract or disclosure for her to be my agent!!!! She actually made me feel uncomfortable. I'm very surprised you have been so unappreciative of what I handed you. I have flipped houses for 35 years, always referring those properties to Real Estate Agents for handling and sales. I do realize that you and the company that you represent are not obligated to compensate me, however, I have always received compensation for the referrals. Furthermore, the comment that you made regarding the closing attorney saying that you and I were "clear" is not the truth here and a lie. You and I have nothing to do with the estate monies and any compensations you would give me is as a "thank you" for referring this sale to you and your broker. Based on this transaction and the handling of such, I would not recommend Lauren to be in charge of any future real estate needs.

I would re-think using this real-estate company. They acquired my email from a cremation service, for my mother. Then proceeded to send me an advertisement email proclaiming to "help sell your house". What a deplorable business practice. It's absolutely disgusting to use the worst moments of people's lives to further your business and profit. Take your business somewhere else, don't condone these disgusting actions. The email was in reference to a Mr. Clift Dempsey. What a low blow Mr. Dempsey. On ethics alone your real-estate license should be revoked.

My family had the worst experience with a real estate agent from this company. We felt discriminated against, she made it very difficult for us to purchase a home that we were extremely interested in. We made three offers on this specific home, and she never worked with us! Do not go with Pamela Weatherly! Extremely dissatisfied with her professionalism, or lack there of. Terrible she should have her license removed. Even considering filing a complaint with Georgia realtors. She should retire.
