It was NOT a good experience. Evans Title Agency Troy-oh unpleasant. The recent closing ended up being a very unpleasant experience for me. I was definitely not pleased with the final results from the transaction. Posted January, 2025 after the closing As of January, 2025 I will not encourage anyone to use Evans Title Agency.
