Evans Place I

The hallways were clean, smelled clean. The apartment was roomy, clean smell good. The lady that gave us a tour was very pleasant. I had trouble with filling out the application.

I have lived here at Evans Place II about 18 months, and I really feel at home here. A roomy 2 Bedroom with plenty of closet space and the biggest bathroom I've ever had. I feel like I have all the space I need, and its at a reasonable rental price. Parking is sparse off street but each apartment has a garage with opener. There is a fair amount of street parking as well for guests. The apartments are quiet, and so are the majority of the tenants. Snow is removed promptly in the winter and the grounds grew keep the lawn looking nice during the summer. Maintenance has been called to my apartment 3 times, and each time they have arrived ahead of the time they thought they'd be here. and each time they quickly resolved the issue and were out the door with no mess or any issues. Management truly are the best, they actually care about the tenants as well as the property. Any time a issue arises they have it handled and taken care of immediately. Truly make the place feel like home! Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Everything you need in an apartment and affordable. Bedroom in the 1 bed units are huge. Nice sized balcony too. Laundry room on the first floor that costs 2 bucks each for a wash and dry cycle. Included garage with opener. Probably wouldn't fit a full-size truck, but that is my only complaint. Overall, very satisfied with Evan's Place 1!

Disappointed with the beat up refrigerator,microwave and stove. Also cracked tiles in the bathroom. Otherwise we like the place.
