Evanbrook Apartments

Would not recommend living at Carla Properties, LTD. Dishonest. I am still paying for electric bills at this residency! I moved out in November 2024. Informed PGE of my move out date well in advance. Carla Properties, LTD, have a “process” where they place their name on electric bill after you move out. So Carla Properties, LTD, and who ever lives in Apt 126, have been taking advantage of free electricity. PGE says get your money from Evansbrook apts. Evansbrook Apts says get your money from PGE. Unless you want to pay for strangers electric bills, I would not choose Carla Proprty, LTD. Just a fyi, Carla property will not return any calls.

Great experience. I've been renting here for about a month and the leasing office is quick and on top of things—Tyler made the process quick and easy. The location is SO GOOD for a mid budget spot. Everything is clean, no porch pirates, you're close to everything, maintenence is fast, everyone is friendly. Love it.

I worked with Tyler Melson and Joey and they are an amazing leasing team. They are patient and detailed when discussing the lease and answering any questions I have. The maintenance team is incredible. They respond to my request in a timely manner. Randson assisted me with a minor inconvenience last minute and I couldn’t be more grateful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good place to live.

We were living in Evanbrook apartments for almost 4 years (plus 6 months in Cornell Manner) before moving to another state. The whole experience from day one to the last day was great. During our stay, staff and managers have changed but we never noticed any changes in the high level of service they provide. You always see activities going on in the complex to make the community better and better. Besides the apartment complex, the neighborhood is lovely. I strongly recommend it!

The staff here is great! Thomas and Marison were super helpful and patient with us when we were applying. The maintenance is also great! We had some problems with our stove shutting itself off. Chad came in and took a good through look for us and noticed it wasn't sounding right so he went ahead and not only replaced the burner that was causing the issue but replaced all of them for good measure! He even fixed our sliding door on our balcony because he noticed it wasn't opening properly. I really appreciate him helping out and being such a cool guy!
