Eureka Village

Myself, my boyfriend, and our 1 year old child were planning on moving here and let them know we would be able to move in here in two months due to our current leasing office needing 60 day notice. They said that it was no problem. We did the application, got accepted, paid a deposit and even signed a legally binding lease document for a specific unit that they signed as well and sent back. I thought everything was a done deal until I went up there to make sure everything was still set and stone so I could go and set up my utilities just to find out that they had illegally voided my lease and gave our unit to someone else. I never got a call or nothing. Mind you, at this point, we were supposed to be moving into this place within the next 20 days and we now had no apartment nor a lease agr

I forgot to write my review after moving out because we were in such a rush to get out of this horrible place. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to live here. Car meets with loud music in the parking lot, trash everywhere, rats, flooding and seldom hot water. You name it. Our apartment flooded 3 times because their “maintenance man” used plumbite fittings to fix the leak which is against code, since they are not meant as a permanent fix. Office was quick to hand out fees but had no problem with the horrible environment and loose children in the parking lot. Horrible place, had a recent management change but I doubt a place like this has any hope not matter who runs it. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The pool that they advertise was not in service all summer of 2025 (except for maybe a handful of days.) The garbage is usually full of old furniture, leaving residents little room to dispose of our own trash. Thus trash spills all over the ground, and then they threaten residents with fines for leaving trash outside our doors, I’ve lived here for two years, and three of the seven washing machines and at least one dryer in the laundromat have been out of service THE ENTIRE TIME. The office was closed for several days for the past two weeks: Yom Kippur, an “office holiday” for two days the week before last, the Thursday and Friday before Veteran’s Day, the day of Veteran’s Day, and the day after Veteran’s Day. I been here around 3 years and I love it. The people in the office are really nice and friendly. The maintenance are really nice and helpful to us.

Extremely loud music almost every night and all weekend. Like shaking your windows loud all the way to neighboring communities. Management claims they can’t do anything about it and says just call the cops. If you value your sleep and a peaceful life, you should look elsewhere.
