Eureka Garden Apartments

I lived here as a teenager with my family for 3 years, there were multiple shootings and you could watch drug deals go down from the comfort of your window. They have since renamed the complex but dont be fooled. This place is NOT safe and probably never will be. I think id rather be homeless on the beach than live here again.

The current management team is nice they try to be helpful but it seems to me they can’t keep up with the amount of apartments out here if u have an issue u have to keep telling them over n over again…As far as the crime out here I feel it’s gotten a lil better still needs improvements tho but I won’t blame management for that it’s the tenants fault it’s the company they keep a lot of ppl have a lot of traffic in an out of their apartments…A lot of the tenants are so nasty the maintenance guy does a great job keeping the property grounds clean & the tenants stay throwing all kind of trash on the ground & in front of the dumpster..The only thing I don’t like about maintenance when u need something fix they do not come right away idk if their short staffed or what.

Best place to live hands down!

Me and my boyfriend went there cause I was accepted for an apartment next thing I know my boyfriend gets pistol whipped multiple times causing him to almost loose his life the security saw it and continued to drive away the cops questioned the manager of the apartment to which she said she’s never heard of me nor my family or the incident? This place is very unsafe the management sucks and doesn’t care about who they allow in the apartments.

Mrs.Valerie Meno is really resourceful & helping to all tenets that live here & she always makes sure everyone is as comfortable as possible under her management.
