Eudowood Towers Apartments

We spent 12 wonderful months at Eudowood Towers Apartments and had a great experience. We moved here from Cromwell Valley Apartments due to constant noise from upstairs and downstairs neighbors. Despite leaving our previous apartment spotless, they withheld our entire security deposit, citing a $1,200 charge for electric stove plates that were in good condition. In contrast, Eudowood Towers was a pleasure to live in, and we received our full security deposit back. Highly recommend!

I had a bad experience with Cromwell Valley Apartments, where they took my entire $1,200 deposit and only returned the interest. Eudowood Towers handled everything fairly and professionally, making my move-out process stress-free. A great place to live with honest management!

Packages are constantly stolen and management and the leasing office does not care. My emails have gone unanswered and no reasonable solutions have been provided. They are too cheap to pay for a camera where our mail is dropped off and instead the blame is placed on the residents. There is no reason why my packages are being opened in the lobby. I was told to have my mail sent to a P.O. Box or Amazon locker as if those facilities are open at all times. Another inconvenience. If you want to live somewhere where you don’t have to worry about someone constantly stealing from you don’t move here. I’m honestly thinking of ending my lease early over this.

The property manager, Wendy is rude and ignorant. She ignores emails, calls and complaints and does NOTHING. My unit has a roach infestation and she has done absolutely nothing to fix the unit. I have a camera set up in my apartment with pest control pretending to spray my apartment where they in fact only stepped in, left a ticket and stepped right back out.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! The amount of constant construction going on is crazy It sounds like every month there in a drilling and hammering noises form 9am to whenever they feel like stopping !!! And i work the night shift, making it impossible to sleep especially because they have NO warning/notice and repairs are going on… For the amount of rent being paid this is unacceptable clearly they have no respect for their tenants not to mention THE WATER AND ELECTRICITY WILL BE CUT OFF EVERY MONTH due to this constant renovation… DID I EVEN MENTION THE HORRIBLE MOLD PROBLEM YOULL HAVE TO PUT UP WITH??
