Eudora Reserve

I recently moved into Eudora Reserve and I’ve had nothing by pleasant experiences! I feel very safe in the community, my apartment is beautiful and spacious. Cole was the agent who helped me from start to finish, and he was an absolute angel!! He was always available to help me with any questions, he was super kind, explained everything to me down to a tee, and was even available on the weekends to further my application process. My apartment over looks my car, which is perfect and cole mentioned he purposely tries to put tenants as close to their car as possible. this consideration was the cherry on the cake for me. I recommend this community to anybody who is searching for their next home!

If you read all these one star reviews and think to yourself, it might not be that bad, IT IS. My lease isn’t even over and I have so many things to say about this place. The parking situation is an absolute disaster, you get one parking spot (two IF THEY HAVE AVAILABLE) no matter how many people you live with. You can’t have friends and family over and their own residents are constantly getting threatened to get towed. You’d think that for the lack of amenities, they’d at least have decent parking. We have been here for 9 months and have been on that “waiting list” they say they have to give you false hope, and whenever we ask about this so called “waiting list”, they say they don’t know and have no answers. Your rent will constantly have random charges and you can’t view an itemized bil

Worst place to live as they nickle and dime you for everything. Only thing positive was the maintenance crew. Parking situation was a joke. if your a family with multiple cars. Paying residents were constantly harassed on having their cars towed even for parking on guest spots bc parking situation was a disaster. The knit picking in this place is ridiculous. They should focus on prioritizing on better management because half of the time staff was just useless and incompetent in answering your questions. All I kept hearing when I lived there I’m sorry I don’t have an answer. If you want a stress free environment DO NOT RENT HERE!!

I had a fantastic experience with Louis! Our AC broke down on a Saturday, and I was bracing myself for a long wait until Monday, especially with small children in the house. To my surprise, at 2 PM, I heard a knock on the door, and it was Louis coming to the rescue! He was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to endure the heat for too long, it was 82° in our house, and he got everything fixed quickly. I can't thank him enough for his outstanding service!

The Maintenance guy roberto (I think his name is) is great! Friendly and quick to help. Also Cole in the front office is great!
