The construction of the home is sub-par. The greater issue is parking and not being able to safely access our home. 42 of the 97 homes in Granville are courtyard-style homes with rear entry garages accessible via a narrow alley, and a majority of the homes do not have driveways. If a homeowner has a guest visit, such as myself, the guest has to park in one of the 25 guest parking spots. The issue is there are homeowners (many in their 20s and 30s) who feel entitled and act like the HOA covenants are not applicable to them and park their cars in guest parking instead of their garages per the covenants, therefore there is no guest parking on most days. If there is no visitor parking, then guests have to park at the etown Publix and walk to Granville. Some homeowners park their cars / trucks
