I’ve had a great experience living at one of the apartment complexes managed by Ethan Jackson Investment Properties. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always well-kept. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a clean and safe community. I appreciate the consistent communication and how easy they make everything—from move-in to day-to-day living. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live!

I’ve been in my apartment in bainbridge at Platform Bainbridge for a week and the AC does not work, it basically blows out warm air. It’s way too hot for something like that to be going on. There’s absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to fixing my air and it’s only getting hotter!!

This management company is TERRIBLE. Save your money and frustration. The AC does not work for me or my neighbor. Mine has been out in C107 for 2 months with no time in sight for it to be fixed. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE AND NOT HEARD.

I’ve rented with EJI property managers for the last six years and I’m so thankful that someone has come to my town to provide apartments that are affordable. The new office is lovely and the front desk lady has always is very helpful

The lease you sign will state that these apartments are “smoke-free,” but if any of your neighbors smoke indoors, property management will not do anything to solve the issue. I have been complaining of secondhand smoke entering my apartment for over four months now, and Brittany (as well as the previous property manager, Lonese) stated that it is difficult to pinpoint who is smoking in order to stop it. I never asked for a full-scale investigation to be launched - I just want to prevent the smoke from entering MY unit. I was able to identify how the smoke was getting in and offered a couple of solutions that I believed would help, only to be told no and then ghosted. Otherwise, great location, quiet, new construction. That gets them one star. 🤷🏻‍♀️
