Didn’t even make it to the leasing office before i crossed this place off my list lol. As i was meeting a family remember to tour this apartment, i had the greatest displeasure of running into the older lady with short hair (property manger i assume) while she was dealing with something. i drive a modded car which is loud and the first thing she said to me was you need to slow down in the snarkiest way. Loud car = speeding i guess. Assuming the older lady will be reading this, Not sure how you landed the job with 0 people skills and 0 respect for others. It’s not hard to be kind to someone. You my dear are the reason for such low rating at the complex. Get a grip.

I don’t often write reviews but the management for this place is so bad so here it is. These people don’t care to help you. I’ve spoken to multiple people over the phone. Maybe like one of them are willing to help you but MOST are not. Even with great credit and all the right qualifications, They are the most RUDE, impatient, impolite group of bitter older women that I’ve ever had to deal with. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me to. How are you working for a place that’s purpose is to provide affordable housing to those in need but at the same time a team of individuals like that?

Management at this place is the worst. If something happens in your unit your on your own. They don't feel it's important to take care of the issue right away. It takes days to get help.
