Kimberly was amazing today while showing us apartments at Estero Parc. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the leasing process clearly, and made us feel comfortable without ever being pushy. I have to start by saying Kimberly was amazing! I've been living at Estero Parc for a month now and Kimberly made the application and move in process so seamless for me. The apartment itself is great, I don't hear noisy neighbors, the unit feels brand new. This is a great location with great amenities, I could not recommend it more.

I've had the pleasure of being able to work with the property manager Monica and maintenance supervisor Angel who are great at what they do! They are on top of everything! Facilities are always clean! Staff is always friendly! This is the best place to look for apartments!

Welcome to your new luxury apartment filled with bugs! This place looks like it was built in a week. If you pay attention to the details this place is a hot mess. Ants, roaches, flys you name it gets in your home no matter what precautions you take. Walls are super thin, can hear my neighbors music and every time they shut a door. sewage smell coming from SHOWER, when someone flushes you get the stink so if you are on the lower floor BEWARE. overpriced and disgusting place to live.
