Josh and his team have now completed 2 huge renovations at our house and we couldn't be happier with their work. He built a new master bath and completely redid a wrap around front porch. Josh is up-front, honest and transparent about costs, meticulous about details and easy to communicate with. His team is polite, respectful and very clean. Josh and his team are excellent. Our kitchen renovation was just above average sized as we had some walls to adjust and included flooring. Key benefits compared to other experiences. Josh is very professional and has great vision with very practical design advice. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Contract was clear and detailed. All change orders were timely and accurate. (changes initiated by us) Calendar invitations were sent for every day they were working in our home. Sub contractors and partners were top-notch and clearly cared about their relationship with Josh and his customers.

Josh and team took on my job of replacing historic, unusual windows including a slip head "windoor". He was involved from the ordering process that included 7 custom windows, through to the complex installation, and intricate trim work. I now have a 2024 replica of my home's original 1929 windows, just new, tight, weatherproof, and sans old school weights and pulleys.
