Estates at Westchase

Old and nonworking pinpad that hasn't worked in over two years. The building sign has not been updated since the name changed. The property is very old and alot of people move out.

Oh my God, these apartments are so amazing! My recent agent was everything and worked her best or should I say magic to get me in the apartment. I love being here and I will never forget what my leasing agent Juvy did for me. Everyone in the office is so kind and I actually do believe that I made friends with everybody lol. So if you’re looking for a great place to live a quiet community. The Estates at Westchase is the place to be💕💕💕

I pray to God i move in them because the people who work in the lease office they are professional and it very nicely in the lease offices its very clean over there I like that.i would love to get the 2bedroom and two bathrooms downstairs

Estates at Westchase offers great customer service from leasing to management I was helped by Juvy and Jennifer moved me in they both handled me with great respect and helped me throughout the process I met with lead maintenance as well great man. I am moving from mississippi and I'm glad Texas received me like this! Shout out estates at westchase.

It’s sad to say that I find pleasure in knowing that I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience. The first 3 pics is what I saw when I walked into my “new apartment “ , mind you, they had whole month to get my apt in order and failed to do so. When I put in a work order abt my tub and frig they actually had the NERVE to send me a text saying it was complete. I called the ACTAUL company that manages the property and all of a sudden I get a text that someone will be out the next day . I am literally using a PLUNGER for my sink to make the water go down, the garbage disposal has not worked since I’ve been here, meaning there’s food in my sink from before I moved in, I can’t even describe to you the smell that comes up from that . As you can see I can’t use the shelves in my frig since
