Estates at Spring Branch

Good morning.As I was walking out to take my trash out I was looking around at the property saying to myself that Monica does a damn good on keeping her property clean! I love stepping out of my apt and seeing a property so clean. Thank you Monica ND your staff for being for doing what y'all do best. Yeah waking up to car on four flats is not fun No security on site, pests are a constant problem, Random homeless people walk through at times and not to mention the loitering in the evenings people playing loud music in the parking lot drinking or even right in front of their unit as loud as can be but what does the new management intend to do probably nothing. Do yourself a favor find better apartments

If you love living in a dump, this is the spot for ya. AC vents are filthy, the washer and dryer break constantly, and maintenance is a joke. Requests are ignored for weeks, and when someone finally shows up, the work is sloppy and never done right. My walls are literally turning black and yellow and does management care? NO! Also the office staff couldn’t care less, and the front desk staff are lazy and unprofessional. This place is run with zero accountability and zero concern for the health or safety of residents. These apartments are a disgrace. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else before signing a lease here. Monica always goes above and beyond for her tenants! I love how clean the property is and makes sure everything gets taken care of promptly.compared to other places I’ve lived I give this management 5 stars! A true hidden gem in spring branch!

Gentry house is still here with the original appliances that it was built with. The floors are still soaking up the toilet overflow. Your lucky if you get an ac that will work from May-August. My mom has lived here for 30 years. The maintenance painted her door last week and came back to redo it properly. Why they charging my mom for the job not being done correctly the first time? If it's not the ac then it's the roaches not paying rent. The roaches are brave here, they will watch TV with you and ask for a snack. You can change the name of the apartments but it's still the same 💩. This is the list: -Front door had a crack going from top to bottom that you can see thru.. wasn't fixed for yrs..until a few months ago. -new door was painted in December. It had streaks all over.
