Overall my experience living here after a full year has been very good! I live in one of the single bedroom units, and it is well maintained considering the complex was built around 2009 i think. The management is attentive and responds quickly to any issues I've had (which have been very few). I regularly interact with the management in person through the office and my issues or questions are promptly addressed. Gina (property manager) is very friendly and gives detailed information. The complex is well kept both in terms of landscaping and pest control. Regular pest controls are conducted on a rotating monthly basis between each building, and preventative maintenance such as freeze warnings are communicated both through the resident email and signage posted around the complex. My wife and I lived at Krum Estate Villas for the past two years and loved it. All the employees were super-friendly and helpful. Our apartment was just what we needed and wanted. We encountered only a few minor repairs, but when we needed something done, they got right on it. We enjoyed the exercise room and pool as well. Top notch experience living there!

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. Estate Villas at Krum has been an amazing place for both my children and me, and we absolutely love living here. From day one, the office staff—Kristi and Gina—have been nothing short of exceptional. They are always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. The maintenance team, Tim and Rickey, are equally outstanding—kind, professional, and quick to help whenever anything is needed. This community truly feels like home, and I’m so grateful we found it. Estate Villas at Krum is our personal hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

My family and I moved here from Hawaii about 3 years ago and we truly love it here! Gina & the Maintenance Staff Ricky & Tim are awesome! Gina has done such an amazing job! Throughout the years we’ve been here she has always welcomed us and made us feel at home. One of the things we love about Estate Villas is attending the amazing events Gina hosts at the office for all the residence. She has done a great job keeping us all updated of any changes and updates. The maintenance staff Ricky & Tim are always so kind to us. We appreciate all there hard work & dedication!
