Establishment Apartments

I just moved in a week ago and absolutely love this place. Is spacious and clean and affordable for tanglewood/galleria area. If you keep your unit clean it's absolutely wonderful even for the age of the buildings. Very very quiet area as well. The manager Jessica was very nice and informative. My kids love it here.

Roaches coming out of plugs out of sinks worst apartments you can ever live in. Managments is horrible will treat you like shit and then blame stuff that is happening in the apartments on random people living there. The bumpsters will get pulled up so bad that is will make the whole apartment smell I will send pics then they will try to blame it on the people that live right behind it

Great area and the apartment is affordable. My unit has a built in bookcase I really liked when touring. I would recommend speaking to the manager Jessica

Probably one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. Staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, good luck with getting anything fixed in a timely manner. All five outlets in the kitchen/dinning have not worked since move in back in FEBRUARY(it’s August now) and every time we ask it’s always a non answer. Once when I stopped by to ask the status on a repair front desk hit me with “We have more important things to worry about.” Lady I was just asking a status, but we basically gave up. Two of stove tops stopped working and I’m waiting on that too. Plus today they turned to water off for my building without notification, spoke to neighbors everyone didn’t get told anything. I would rate 0 if possible. Oh and the bugs! We clean so much and it’s gross. Just waiting out my lease at this

Great community conveniently located, the manager Jessica was amazing and very helpful. Love the community and that they are pet friendly
