After being in the real estate industry for over 40 years, I and my clients have always had a pleasant experience working with Essex Homes. Recently, they purchased two lots from me and their communication and professionalism were excellent. Purchasing land is not an easy task, and sometimes there are unforseen issues during the investigative period. They were able to explain to my clients in depth what the issues were, and with everyone working together, we were able to get both transactions closed - and everyone was happy.

From start to finish, the team at Essex was buttoned up and detailed to the point where we always felt 2 steps ahead of what was coming next. What a wonderful experience building with Essex Homes of WNY. Everyone from the salesman to the project coordinator to the build manager was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and trust worthy. We built our home in Buffalo while living in Canada. Delivery time was a big deal for us, as well as the fact we cannot go visit the construction as often as we wanted to.
