Small apartment complex well maintained and maintenance hands down, amazing, awesome but the only issue, it’s really hard to get ahold of someone in the leasing office, you can call numerous time and send multiple emails, they will either answer you in a few weeks or won’t answer you at all. Justin was great, he responded to your emails and calls quickly, but he left since then it hasn’t been the same, there is no leasing consultant at the office. You have to call now.

The reason I’m giving this a 3 star is because, it is so impossible to get a hold of someone in the office. You can send emails or leave a message and it taking years for someone to get back to you. It’s a really nice property, with the renovations they have done and the maintenance crew on point. Some residents are started to get really frustrated because the lack or no respond from the leasing office. You would accept for them to respond within 24hrs but they don’t, not even within 48hr - 72hrs, be lucky if someone does respond back to at all. Majority of the time they won’t, unless someone is looking to move in and tour the property.

This place is clean, managed very well. The people are working class and mind their business. There is garbage or house hold garbage outside. Everything is organized and in the portal system. My parents are very happy with the place. They are also pet friendly!

Martina Kroupa is an excellent leasing manager! Very professional, responsible, and always helpful. She makes everything clear and easy. A real pleasure to work with her! Highly recommend!

My wife and I have enjoyed living here over the past year. The management company is definitely focused on making improvements and they do a great job of communicating with the tenants and keeping us aware. They are always focused on making sure we are comfortable and satisfied with our living environment. Cleanliness and health is very important to them, which is a plus. There are plenty of regular maintenance checks and upgrades, and the office is easy to get in touch with. They are always friendly and prompt with their responses. Seriously if you ever have any issues with your apartment, Lester is always on-site and will get the job done! I am definitely happy here and would recommend it.
