Working in real estate, I understand how important it is to have a good team at work when looking at new construction. Ed and Liz have been great to work with! The homes are beautiful and I can't wait to see the completed amenity center!

Ed Rosa has been incredible since day one. His passion and devotion to his significant role at Starling Punta Gorda has been amazing and commendable. Ed is energetic, gracious, professional and always cheerful. The Esplanade lifestyle is very appealing and Ed makes it come to fruition. Our experience with Ed during our building process has been phenomenal. We are greatly looking forward to our home being finished and to working with Ed on a regular basis once we are residents. Kudos to Taylor Morrison for getting the right professional in the right place.

We’ve loved Esplande at Starling since our initial visit. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities will be perfect once they are completed. The sales staff make you feel like family, Ysabel, Ed and Adam are very knowledgeable and eager to help you. We know some of our new neighbors already because of Ed’s event gatherings. Communication with the home offices has been a breeze, it’s a very professional organization. Looking forward to moving into our new home.
