From my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company as far as a property management company when it comes to leasing. The property manager is slow to respond to service requests. My main issues with this property management company is that we were without hot water for several months even after several emails and calls. We put in a service request and paid for the techs to come out and still didn't have AC upstairs for the last 3 months of our lease. The property manager never called or updated us on the status of it being fixed even though we reached out to him. There wasn't a credit given to us either. At the time of move out, we had to ask about our deposit being refunded and that's when we found out 30 days after we moved out that he was deducting some charges from our deposit. He ch
