Very happy in the Escape! We researched the lake for 3 years. We've seen huge improvement in the development since then. The management and staff are wonderful Yes we do get low water pressure at times. I'm really glad we bought there.
My kids used to live there oh, it's a decent enough place lots of drug activity. But that's pretty much everywhere right now. I would live there myself lots of crazy weird strange rules and fines and fees too much
The manager is the worst ever calls and gives a 5 minute notice on things instead of doing things legally she is very rude and uptight and I do not recommend living here as she likes to shut peoples water off without notice whenever she feels like she doesn’t like you. The community is full of drug dealers and addicts. Stay away from this place
We love the escape. Low maintence fees. Available dock and kayack slips and pools. Sewer and water services. Great security, office, maintenance, and pool staff. What more could you ask for!!
