I cannot recommend Erin enough! She helped us find our home quickly and efficiently and is so kind! I loved that she put together so many tours at once so we could really maximize our time looking for a house. It made it quick and easy to find what we liked or didn’t like and she never got tired of us not liking houses. Working with Erin was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Due to odd circumstances, there were two instances of needing to move and sell a home. Overall, I worked with Erin for a total of about 6 months. During that time, Erin was very patient, knowledgeable, and above all communicative. Throughout the experience of needing to sell a home and buy another one, I had many questions. Erin was always very prompt and honest when answering whatever it was I asked. There were very few moments where she might not have had an immediate answer for something I had asked and in cases like that she was forthcoming about that (rather than some who try to make something up) but would return with an answer soon after. Erin was fantastic through the entire process of looking for a home. This was my first home purchase, so she patiently walked my wife and I through the process. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, easily explained each step and was fantastic in helping us lock in on the house we wanted. She was always quick to help us get to see a home, (turned out we were searching at a time when home could be put up and sold within a matter of a few days,) and did a tremendous job of making herself available even when showings ended up at screwy hours.
