Erin helped my husband and I buy our first home in Moraga. We didn't really know the area well having primarily lived on the peninsula or in the city itself. And, I was also pregnant during our search for the right home. She showed us homes that met our needs and gave us guidance on what matters when buying a home. She explained issues on some of the homes we viewed that would have been money pits. Erin recently represented my husband and I when we bought a house in Moraga. Moving from Las Vegas to Moraga was daunting. Thank goodness for Erin Kelly! During the process I talked with several local realtors. Most were difficult to reach. Most weren’t interested in anything other than their home to sell or rent. Few had time to answer my questions about the area. Erin usually answered on the first ring, or called back soon. She was so helpful beyond just getting us settled in a new home. Bottom line, the move did prove difficult, but our new home is great and we already feel part of the community, thanks in great part to Erin Kelly's suggestions, advice, and help.
