First off, I do not leave reviews like this lightly, but this needs to be seen to help someone in the future. I really hate having to leave reviews like this, but Erika really screwed us over and wasted our time, and costed us homes we loved. She won’t answer calls, only respond to texts (if you’re lucky), she had us spend an entire weekend driving around an area we don’t know about, because she thought it was much nicer than the town we actually wanted to be in. She pushed her own listing on us (which claims to have Mountain View, but has zero views, broken windows, and the siding is falling off. Even after spending 15+ hours driving around other towns she told us to check out. We were ignored for a week when sending her homes we like. Zero response besides maybe a thumbs up emoji. I want

Erika is very exceptional at her job. She answered all our questions and concerns. She was always available to us. She is knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of realty. She was always one step ahead and made sure everything is continually moving ahead. She is very sweet, nice, intelligent, and works hard. When we had our offer accepted by the seller she was just as happy and excited as we were. She makes you feel like a friend. We have dealt with a few realtors in our life but she is the best and we will never use another realtor. It was the smoothest, easiest, quickest transaction we have dealt with. You have no worries with Erika. She is very trustworthy. She will not steer you wrong. You are truly getting the best of the best. Do not hesitate! Let her do all your buying and selling ne
