Starting with the property manager Tatyana- she was so kind, flexible and informative. The maintenance guy José has been helpful and responsive right away with any issues. Overall so far, it's been an easier transition.

Used to be great. The property manager left and they took a while to fill the position again. Now complaints aren’t taken seriously, and they just brush you off and tell you to “be patient” when you’ve been waking up several times a week due to inconsiderate neighbors. Lived here for a couple years and loved it. Now I dread coming home and having no peace and quiet. 2 week update: I called (as they requested in response to my review) and they had to pass my message to the proper person. That person never called. Really great customer service around here.

When we first moved in, the manager was great. Super communicative, kept on top of things if we ever had an issue with the unit, etc. The new manager not so much. Maintenance is pretty much never on time or, more often than not, misses the appointment time WE are given entirely and then proceed to show up with no warning the next day or a couple days later to fix whatever we put in a request for. Or they just straight up don’t acknowledge the maintenance request (we had a water leak under the sink for almost a week before they finally did something about it). We have made numerous complaints to the manager and are always told that she basically has no control (which is false as that’s literally part of the job). I have only been here a month but every time I have sent a maintenance request it has been handled with a timely manner. Nita is amazing and has the patience of a saint with all my questions, emails and calls. Jordan was also great throughout my whole application process. I love my new space 🤗

Erica Villiage is a lovely place to call our home. For all its amenities it is worth living at. The property manager, Art, is very committed to communicating and helping the tenants in every way possible. The maintenance team has been especially helpful in doing their best to respond quickly as well telling you what they did to fix your problem. We love it here.
