Eric Ford - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been using State Farm for insurance since I was able to drive! I have always had such wonderful service. Eric Ford and Sheila Bales make you feel very taken care of. It is nice having their wonderful service, especially when unfortunate events happen. I would recommend them over and over!

Sheila, Kelly, and Eric are so wonderful! They always answer any questions I have and take good care of their customers. They’re the best!

Thank goodness I don't have to deal with them to much, just pay my bill. BUT that staff is always so helpful and happy to see you. I get a little busy with life and they will call to remind me to pay my bill. Not sure of how many other offices would go to that level to make sure I don't lapse my coverage. Always there for my needs and hope that when I really need them, the case will still be the same.

Everytime I've gone in there, always have a smile on their faces and happy to help you. I've had State Farm for years and never had any bad experiences with them.

Sheila has been amazing! She helped transfer my home and auto seamlessly earlier this year and continues to be very responsive. I'm saving so much money with State Farm!
