Eric Davis Rental Properties

Well we just moved couple of weeks and had some emergency (A/C cooler) not cooling and other stuff in the apartment need to be fix..the response is so slow so far..in addition to that they told me no parking issue but we are struggling. Will keep updating you once there is change but I doubt..will see Updating..its been 3 weeks now and No action has been taken since we submitted requests for fixing stuff in the apartment, I guess we will wait for another month till they respond..will keep updating again..lol

These people were terrible, I am a young college student so I didn't know any better. They said they wanted a deposit on the house, and other people's deposit in less than a week, paying the deposit would take the house off the market for 3 days! The lady also didn't understand why people couldn't get the money in time,how ignorant not everybody's wealthy! They wanted the money now and they sounded like con artists! My dad talked me out of it, and I didn't pay them a single cent, stay clear away!

Absolute scam. Didn’t fix any Maitenance stuff and then charged us $900 to paint after we moved out. Would never rent from them ever again worst experience I’ve ever had.

My son has rented from Eric davis for the past 2 years and we could not be any happier!! I would recommend him to any incoming SU student
