We have used ERI for a number of projects, large and small. The team is great and the work is very high quality. They are especially good at translating an idea into a great result. For some elements of our larger project we simply gave them pictures of what we wanted and they ran with it. Even when we had minor build issues as you would expect with a big project, ERI always made it right. A very professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

ERI Building and Design is second to none. If you are considering building, gut renovating, minor renovations ... anything, you MUST use them. Their quality of work, attention to detail and building to a timeline is nothing like I have ever seen. We gutted a house to the studs - in a world where everything is apparently delayed, we moved in on the day they said we would to a finished home. Their relationships with vendors and contractors meant there were teams of people here everyday working to a timeline that would have been inconceivable to anyone else. Because of their reputation, vendors told me things like "oh you're working with ERI, we'll move your appliance order to the front of the line." They met every challenge with kindness. I don't know where to start when talking about ERI, my husband and I are incredibly lucky to have worked with them on our addition. From the first phone call until the final permit, they were communicative, flexible, stuck to timelines, and made us feel like we were their only project (when I know they had more than they could count on two hands!). If a spec of dust fell to the floor, it was vacuumed. The guys created a special door so they could come in and out of the house without bothering us. We have 3 young kids (one of which was a newborn throughout most of the process!) and we never felt like the construction was in our way. Spent years, a fair amount of money and met with countless "experts" trying to figure out the solution for a problem that we were having with our home. It was a total waste and nothing solved until Kent came and quickly diagnosed the issue and had the skills and expertise to solve it. My only regret is not calling him sooner!
