I had a terrible experience with an associate from Woody Hogg & Associates. The real estate agent representing the house I purchased had low involvement. He chose to not answer the phone when we tried to contact him and repairs were NOT completed in a timely fashion. He even stated that he put the house I purchased "on the back burner due to other more important matters". Clearly, as a buyer, I was not valued in the slightest. I would like to hope that not every customer is treated this way. Furthermore, he promised compensation because the electricity was turned off and the seller refused to turn it back on, so I had to open my own electric account. Only to never receive any compensation from the realtor. I would like to hope that other sellers/buyers have had better experiences. I would
