My fiance and I were working with Beverly out of this office and had an awful experience. I openly shared with her that my rental credit needs repairing, She said I can use a cosignor. My father-in-law was my cosignor. Were given background forms and rental forms to fill out and was asked to pay a $100 fee. The first sign that I noticed that something was awry was when Beverly sent us the incorrect forms. She sent us a form that should have been sent to the owner of the house. Then another sign was the forms had myself, my fiance and the owners info all mixed up. The next sign was Beverly asking us to pay her the $100 by check or moneyorder.
