Hello I own MJs Landscaping a full service grounds management provider in Hampton roads VA. We were contracted to do several jobs by your agent, Jobs were completed and invoices properly sent out, but 3 months later we have still yet to be paid, and after speaking with the assumed officer manager we won’t be paid until 2 rental accounts have money?!?! We were not informed that we would be paid contingent upon vacancy or occupancy. Monies should have been approved for our work beforehand. We’ve been going back and forth wasting time to collect roughly $892 in unpaid solicited work. Horrible place. They will make you feel like you get a place & even have you fill out more applications & charge more fees just to tell you that you aren't approved for their houses. They scam you for the $50 application fee PER house. And instead of emailing the reasons for denial, they will physically mail you why you were denied. Bad business.

I am a renter with ERA and have nothing but a great experience due to the excellent customer service provided by Danielle Saunders. She is there to assist me right away with anything and everything I need. She provides prompt resolutions for any issue that I have. Five stars to Danielle with ERA for doing an excellent job! *** FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE!!! *** First off, Mark Kolodziej and Ashley McDougal left great reviews of this place and are also employees... Real credible sources they are. I, however, am a tenant in a property that is managed by ERA, and I am extremely frustrated with the "support" they provide to their tenants. I am leaving this review to warn ALL potential tenants of what they can expect from this property management group. They will blame you when anything happens to the property that would require maintenance or upkeep outside of the normal lawn care and cleanliness requirements.
