I NEVER write negative reviews as I normally give people or businesses the benefit of the doubt. I moved into an apartment brokered through ERA on January 1st, 2023. The owners are investors that live out of state. I noted and photographed some minor damages and emailed them as to not be held responsible. I was told the refrigerator would be delivered in 3 days, and was included in the lease. After waiting over a week I found out the refrigerator was never even scheduled for delivery. I ended up having an addendum drawn up where I would purchase one myself and take it when leaving. There was also an old hot tub in the yard filled with trash that I was told was going to be removed. Funny sounds like I'm not the first person that this company had mysteriously lost an escrow desposit for... I was informed my cashier's check was mailed back to the home I had already vacated. Funny thing is I still had USPS notifications for my old home. However, I NEVER saw any mail from ERA One Source to my previous address, nor did any mail from them get forwarded to my new address. I had to wait 90 days to get my $2,000 back. 11/16/22 is when I can finally get my money back, NO THANKS to this company! The employee at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. except there was nothing she could do to help me. She felt terrible that I had to wait so long to get my money back. I guess she's the only person in that office that had any empathy for hard working people that don't have $2

Reached out to them several times to view a rental that they had listed. I never received a call back because Donna was always in a meeting. I was denied a walk through by Leah because she was unavailable for me. I’m glad that they never called back after seeing some of these reviews.
