In person, Dawn Gibson was so charming and helpful so I signed them up to manage my home as a rental while I was out of town. BIG MISTAKE. It sat there for 5 months and I couldn't even find it in a search. She put NO SIGNS in the yard, no advertising except on a dinky little page that I couldn't even find on Google and that wasn't available on MLS. Absolutely ZERO activity. I finally signed with a realty group elsewhere in Jonesboro that has been doing a fabulous professional job, and they found good tenants for my home quite quickly. I never did get an explanation out of Dawn as to why she did NOTHING.

Dawn Gibson of ERA Properties is the BEST. Better than the rest when it comes to going to bat for her clients. I would and will recommend her to anyone now or in the future. Good job Dawn. Keep up the good work. Also this lady responded to a text I sent at 5:45 am. You think she was getting paid for that. No.

Don’t do business with this company, the owner DOES NOT care or support the military or Veterans. She’s currently “trying” to run Ridgecrest and already took down the Veteran Memorial in the front lobby. It goes to show that she DOES NOT care about Veterans or the Military
