Ronnie has been an excellent guiding hand through the whole mortgage process, expertly and quickly answering questions at all times of day. We also got excellent rates that even my lawyer was shocked by. He’s a little unconventional but look no further for a loan officer. You can’t go wrong with his help and experience.

Ronnie, you want my feedback? here. you and your team are like magicians. Equity unlimited magically turned applying mortgage into a 10-day process. Applying mortgage supposed to be at least 30 days thing. how the heck did you do that? magic. Of course, can't forget the amazing Kathy. She got my underwriting stuff done in 3 and a half day. unfortunately, i didn't provide a document to her on time. otherwise, i could have closed in 8 days. 8 days!!!! not to mention, they offered me a rate I couldn't turn down. shout out to the other team members (Winston and Tiffany). not sure if you guys were involved in my house buying process, but you guys are cool too. thank you all for rushing and scrambling all the time you had to work on my case while juggling with other clients stuff too. if i can,
