Manager at Parkwood in Wildwood unprofessional wouldn’t talk in professional manner started yelling at me and would not let me get a word in just kept cutting me off. Tried calling corporate but of course no one answers or replies to messages. Horrible person to be dealing with elderly retired people. Threaten to evict my 89 year old father… like to see them try…

No call back from anyone. Hard to believe that this company even exists. Total lack of customer service. They only care about their shareholders on Wall Street. While they screw their customers every way they can. If you complain the have their property manager target and harass you. They would rob their own mother to make a bu ck. Sad so sad.

ELS runs/owns Featherock in Valrico Fl. The manager pushes all issues off. He enforces rules to those he wants to but not all. Since they took over this place is being run into the ground. His boss Lynnette Wheeler doesn't return anyone's calls requarding this once beautiful park.

I resided at Forest Lake RV in Zephryhills since 2018 but had to move out due to eons of kids playing in the streets due to no other place to play. Oncore dictates that RVs must only stay for 2 weeks and move out. In reality, This park rents out spaces for longer, even up to a year with children. Oncore of course allows children due the campground rules but since kids are in school I would assume this influx would not be during school year months. These kids dominate the pool and scream and yell in streets. The people who bought many years ago when 55+ are sadly moving out. Also when selling their manufactured homes they are being told that new owners cannot live in home more than 6 months a year! I am researching this and will see if this is illegal.
