Equinox Townhomes on Lincoln

Emma was so awesome! Super kind & personable, made my fiance & I feel so welcome. I truly felt like I was at home while touring these townhomes. She had all the information I was looking for, plus some. Looking for your next home can be stressful but my experience with Emma was the exact opposite.

We have found our home! These lovely Townhomes are so spacious, cozy and very well insulated. But the best part is the amazing management! Emma, the manager here goes above and beyond, she feels like an old friend and is the reason we chose these Townhomes over a different apartment complex that was less expensive. Management makes all the difference and she is absolutely incredible! Fun activities, nice neighbors, awesome mailman and the maintenance is above and beyond! We love it here! It feels good to be home!

We just moved in and we love it so far! Emma was amazing at helping us through the whole process of touring, applying, and moving in. We also love all the space we now have. There is plenty of storage for everything and our girls love having their own rooms! If you're thinking of moving here, it is very family friendly and pet friendly if you have pets. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful townhomes! We had a great experience with Emma, the property manager. She was incredibly honest, friendly, and patient throughout our entire interaction. She took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and made sure we understood every detail. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and straightforward in this process, and we really appreciated how comfortable she made us feel.

This community is beautiful and in such a great area. Everything is clean and new which makes it that much more worth it! Emma has been the very best! She has been so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Every concern has been promptly addressed by staff and they’re willing to work with you to meet your needs. I truly can’t say enough good things!
