COPS, SPIES, PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHY, THREATS. Stayed at the treehouse #1 from Epp rentals. The owners spied from the bushes, took photos of me without my permission (in a private space), called the cops, and threatened me with lawsuits. There was a lighter left behind, and they called it "drug paraphernalia". And threatened me with criminal liability (no drugs were done anywhere in the property or near). The people running this place are legitimately out of their minds. We were trying to find a relaxing place to grieve before the funeral, and got exactly the opposite from EPP Rentals. Not to mention the broken lock, unprofessional communications, and all round headaches of these people. Don't stay with these guys. Find another beautiful treehouse to go to (the other properties look so gor
