Definition of slum landlords. The house was infested and filthy. They did not want to fix anything and we had to argue to get some things fixed but not all. Allegedly the good reviews of this company are from associates with a financial interest. This company should be closed down and the people helping this company do this to tenants will get a bad reputation as well. Do not do business with this company they start talking nice then show their true colors. I have so many many more pictures but google does not let me post them all

My experience with EPM been nothing short of appalling. The home we were given at move-in was in unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The carpets were filthy, the house had visible grime throughout, and the property was infested with cockroaches, fleas, spiders, and multiple wasp nests. It was immediately clear that no cleaning, treatment, or basic quality control had been performed prior to our arrival. Despite this, the company attempted to charge us $600 for “cleaning”—a charge that is absurd given that the home had clearly never been cleaned to any livable standard. I lived on Claremont Ave for around 17 months and loved it. I needed maintenance twice, and I got a same day response with someone out to fix the issue both times. Everyone I worked with or talked to with this company was very friendly and helpful. When I come back in a few years, I will definitely be renting with them again.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY AT ALL. Awful company with poor communication. Due to a personal tragedy with a previous rental company, they unfortunately were in a position that they had to temporarily minimize their workload. They are fully back up and running now and I wish I could go back to them for the remainder of my stay here in Enterprise while I complete flight school. Enterprise Rentals LLC, going forward I will refer to them as EPM. EMPs response to maintenance requests is at a snails pace. When EPM does finally respond to maintenance requests the work performed is shoddy at best. Because EPM doesn’t use reputable businesses the technicians show up at random and are completely ill prepared for the job they’re supposed to complete. I have been leasing from Enterprise Rentals for 6 months now and I am very pleased with their service. They are very quick in response to repairs when needed. They have been professional to work with. I would highly recommend this company!
