Epic Property Management

When I first went into Epic Property Management, I was assisted by Amy the book keeper. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient as I asked her a million questions about the property I was interested in. Once I was set to sign the lease, I was assisted by Ariel the office manager. She was kind, very thorough, answered all of my questions at the signing, and made sure I was comfortable to move forward. I was able to use the Assurant program they offered for my security deposit. It was very easy to apply for and didn’t pull my credit. It helped my wallet and gave me peace of mind to not add that additional cost on top of everything else I needed to pay for during the moving process. I’m super grateful to epic property management for how quick and easy everything was & their employees

Currently in a rental unit for less than 90 days and discovered the refrigerator provided by the property management company is infested with roaches. They refuse to remove the refrigerator from the unit as well as refuse to cover pest control. Definitely would not recommend dealing with this company.

***DO NOT RENT 13549Toepfer Warren Mi. I had just rented this house for a year, and the issues I went through were horrible. From signing the lease they were very rude and unprofessional. I knew I was in trouble. But to start off with issues with the house, they advertised a fenced-in yard, which was false. I called and sent several emails to resolve the issue. Yet a fence was never installed after being formed, there will be one installed. I really didn't understand why they charge a pet fee if I can have the proper accommodation for her. With the next issue, the house floods every time it rains or snows. However, I can say they did try and resolve that issue, but the water was still an issue after I moved out. This is a high-end management company; however, some of the apartments they own aren't the newest, and some apartments have pest issues and other problems. They're implementing a policy where anyone with prior evictions cannot apply as they'll be denied, and they won't consider negotiating with tenants regardless of how long ago the eviction occurred. It’s sad because the apartments they own aren’t the greatest Melvindale Squares North apartments don’t even have light in the stairwell sad

Epic Property Management is legitimately the best property management service I have ever worked with. They are professional, have some of the best people, and do some of the best work whenever it is needed. Highly recommend working with them if you are a landlord or thinking of becoming one, they make it simple and easy!
