Epic homes hired AVMM to do a yearly septic cleaning. The property had been on the schedule. They chose not to call or cancel appointment until the day of. I expressed a cancelation fee. Jackie became very nasty and unprofessional over the phone and said they would not pay a cancel fee even if they received an invoice. This is not the way to run a company and definetely not the proper way to speak to people when you call to request a service.
