Bought my neighborhood unannounced late jan 2023. Changed our rent payment url in Feb. Letter about it mid March. New site refuses to take partial payments. Left an urgent payment request card on my door Mar 27. Called number on the card. No answer.

Worst customer service I've seen in last 7 years of my professional career. Most likely very understaffed management office. Very upsetting.
